SHIPPING POLICY

STL Bike Swap offers free 1 business day shipping on every item. We typically ship through USPS, although larger items can be shipped through UPS or FedEx if you have a preference. In the St. Louis area, we also have a local pickup option available on all items if requested. Currently we ship to the continental U.S. only, and we do not offer an international shipping at this time.

STL Bike Swap reserves the right to cancel anyone’s sale at the inception of purchase. If a sale is cancelled, you will receive a notification.

Need to return an item? No problem, hundreds of items on STL Bike Swap are returnable and all standard items have a 30-day return policy. If you decide you want to return an item purchased from the website, follow these easy steps to make a return.

STEP 1: Start Your Return

Notify STL Bike Swap of the item you want to return and why. Provide photos if needed or requested.

STEP 2: Ship the Item Back

If we ask, send the item back as soon as possible. Please package with the same care as we did.

STEP 3: Receive your refund.

If you purchased an item on our eBay store please make sure to return your item through the eBay portal.
